Intelligent systems are an important element in achieving goals in various areas of human labor and behavior, including national security. The use of computer systems and their applications in operational and management areas of work creates competitive advantages, provides the exchange of information based on knowledge. In the area of emergency management, speed of response and response to threats is of particular importance. Thanks to IT data processing, the management system is able to know at almost any time where problems and risks arise and what is the necessary response to all challenges and risks.
